Integrated Human Capital recognized as the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of the Year for 2008 by the Central and South Texas Minority Business Council
 Integrated Human Capital was recognized as the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of the Year for 2008 by the Central and South Texas Minority Business Council. The award was presented to Rosa Santana, CEO, of Integrated Human Capital (IHC) at the Central and South Texas Minority Business Council’s Annual Awards Banquet which was held in Austin, Texas on Friday, December 5th. IHC was nominated for this award by Dell and Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Texas who also serve on the board for the Central and South Texas Minority Business Council. The award is presented to a minority owned and certified company who exemplifies excellence in sales growth, innovative business practices, job creation, council development, community involvement and mentorship to other minority owned businesses. Integrated Human Capital was awarded in the MBE category alongside Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas who won Corporation of the Year and Dell, who won Minority Advocate of the Year. Integrated Human Capital currently supports many of the Toyota suppliers in San Antonio, Texas and Dell in Austin, Texas with professional, administrative, technical and production staffing services.

El Paso Business Woman Named Region III Hispanic Business Woman of the Year by United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Rosa Santana, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Integrated Human Capital, a staffing company based in El Paso was presented with the 2007 Hispanic Business Woman of the Year award for Region III at the USHCC 2007 Annual Convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Thursday, September 20, 2007.
Santana, a seasoned staffing industry executive founded Integrated Human Capital in February of 2002 and this year Integrated Human Capital was ranked #91 on the list of the 100 fastest growing Hispanic owned companies and #333 on the list of 500 largest Hispanic owned companies by Hispanic Business Magazine.
Integrated Human Capital has offices in El Paso, San Antonio, Austin, McAllen and The Republic of Mexico and specializes in providing staffing and human resources services to the manufacturing, utility, service, distribution, automotive, finance, legal and healthcare industries.

Leading a Talent Search
It often takes a little time and distance to see how something as devastating as a downsizing can actually be a good thing. Just ask Rosa Santana. After 17 years with Kelly Services, she was recruited in 1998 to Westaff, another temporary staffing company, to expand its business in the U.S. and begin operation in Mexico. Three years later she was let go in a wave of downsizing. “It was the worst thing at the time,” Santana recalls but it turned out to be the best thing because it allowed me to start my own company.”

| IHC CEO receives Excellence Award
IHC CEO, Rosa Santana was honored in San Antonio on September 21 as she was awarded the prestigious 2006 Latina Business Excellence Award sponsored by Compass Bank, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Telemundo - San Antonio, and the University of Texas at San Antonio. These organizations share a commitment to support the needs of Latina business owners and have awarded Ms. Santana a scholarship to attend UTSA's "Building Business Excellence" program. This award celebrates Latina Entrepreneurship and their success in the American Economy. Keynote speaker Louis Barajas, author of the “Latino Journey to Financial Greatness” referenced Ms. Santana’s impressive “American Dream” story in his address. Rosa was chosen among many outstanding candidates for her professional achievements as a Latina businesswoman before being presented with the award.

| Dell Mentors Integrated Human Capital
The National Minority Business Council and Dell Corporation have selected Integrated Human Capital as a participant in the Centers of Excellence Program. In this program, Dell will mentor IHC’s CEO, Rosa Santana, through a series of focused sessions that will span over eighteen months.

IHC CEO, Rosa Santana recently graduated from Johnson Control’s Project I Business Module in Detroit, Michigan. The program which lasted two years focuses on mentoring and increasing business opportunities for minority owned companies with Johnson Controls and their Tier I suppliers. Santana was nominated by Ciber, Inc. of Detroit to participate in this mentoring opportunity. Integrated Human Capital, represented by Santana, was the only company participating in this business module that does not have its home base in Michigan. She was proud to represent El Paso and Texas amongst the participating companies from throughout Michigan.

| Texas Association of Mexican American Chamber of Commerce (TAMACC)
awarded Rosa Santana Business International Leader of the Year in 2006. Rosa Santana was honored in Houston as she was named 2005 Business Woman of the Year for The Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce at the organization’s 30th Annual Business Convention & Expo. TAMACC, a private non-profit corporation, was founded 30 years ago by a small group of Hispanic businesspersons interested in increasing business opportunities for themselves and other similar business owners. Today, TAMACC acts as the organizational umbrella providing advocacy, technical support, programs, and services to the network of local Hispanic chambers.
